HTI (Head Teachers and Industry) is an independent, not for profit, social enterprise that works in partnership with business, education and government to enhance education leadership and the employability of young people.

HTI was founded by visionary business leaders in 1986 as a catalyst for the Year of Industry. We enter our third decade continuing to build shared solutions to help everyone achieve their potential.

HTI works in partnership with education, business and government to promote excellence in school leadership and management. It is an independent, not-for-profit organisation with two distinct areas: a Charitable Trust (HTI Trust), the activities of which are part-supported by a Trading Company (HTI Leadership Centre).
